Dr. David Keenan

Dr. David Keenan is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to delivering high-quality surgical care with a patient-centered approach. Originally from the New Hampshire Seacoast, Dr. Keenan earned his dental degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and later completed his medical degree at the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Dr. Keenan practices full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery with interests in dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and office-based anesthesia. He is committed to helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their treatment experience.
